We bring the users, keep them engaged, and build the products they use. Two practices face our clients, Traffic and Studio, and both run on Engine, the platform we built ourselves.
Totem started as a set of separate marketing channels, each run on its own. Over time we learned that the real value sits in what connects them: bringing people in is only half the work if nobody follows up.
So we built Engine, our own CRM and automation platform, and put it behind everything we do. Today Traffic brings the users, Engine turns them into customers, and Studio builds the products they use, including our own.
We grew up in highly regulated, highly competitive markets. That discipline, strict rules, compliance per country, careful handling of data, is in everything we build.
Our office is in the historic harbour of Hoorn, in the Netherlands. Our campaigns and products run across Europe and beyond.
